My journey has been anything but conventional.
For 20 years, I worked as a TV news anchor in India, covering politics and Bollywood.
Those years taught me invaluable lessons about human nature and communication.
Then I made a complete pivot by becoming a CPA and building a successful career in banking and finance.
As a Senior Project Manager at Westpac Institutional Bank, I managed complex financial transformations and led 15 high-stakes projects simultaneously.
But something was missing.
I discovered that true financial freedom requires more than just technical expertise.
It needs a fundamental shift in consciousness.
Being multilingual (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English) has given me a unique perspective on how cultural backgrounds shape our relationship with money.
"Shakti provided me with invaluable knowledge and support during our mentorship program. His guidance and support along with his welcoming personality allowed for a truly genuine interaction. His generosity with his time and experiences has given me insight into the industry and helped guide me in my preferences for the future. It has been incredibly beneficial and I would highly recommend him."
Maria Jago, Student at La Trobe University
"Shakti was always a sheer delight to have in the office. He was very knowledgeable with all the matters related to his job. Shakti would always go out of his way to ensure that if he didn't know the answer to a question that he would follow it through to the end. Was a true pleasure working with you Shakti."

I'm inspired by successful people, not necessarily just those seen as 'hard workers'.
I believe the culture around busyness and getting burned out from too much pressure needs to change.
As I always say,
"The idea is to reduce your stress level and increase your bank balance."
Looking forward to our conversation,
Shakti
